We wake up at 1:00 AM. Yup, it was 1:00 AM! We packed up, and started to walk up the Lantau Peak - Fung Wong Shan, to see the sun rise at the second highest peak of Hong Kong!
After climbing endless steps of stairs in the dark under the moon, we finally reach the peak at 4:00 AM and wait. The weather was not good but we still could see the sun rise, so excited! It really worth to come!

Beautiful sun rise was over, the sky became bright. Then we could have a 360° view at the Peak of Fung Wong Shan. Couldn’t believe we climb so high last night!

We walked along the Lautau Trail to the East until reached the Tung Chung Road at Pak Kung Au (Tung Chung Au). The views were great inside this Lantau Country Park!

We took bus to Pui O to have our breakfast and a short rest in this lovely beach. The facilities here are really good for camping!

Then we took bus to Mui Wo, and went on a ferry to our next target, Cheung Chau. We had a walk over this small island, tasted some local food as our lunch, and visited the Cheung Po Tsai Cave.

Afterward, we took ferry again to Central of Hong Kong Island, got some supplies. Then settle down in another YHA - Jockey Club Mount Davis Hostel, at the West of Hong Kong Island. We all need a good rest after such a long journey.
