Hong Kong International is located at Chek Lap Kok, Lantau Island, Hong Kong. It is opened for operation since July 1998. In 2005, the annual passenger traffic reached 40.74 million and the Airport was awarded as “World’s Best Airport” by Skytrax (an independent aviation research institution in the UK).
